The Near East University, which ensured strong participation in the “1st International Congress of Turkic-Speaking Countries in Medicine” held in Cyprus, shared its innovative research and projects in the field of health with the scientific community through 26 of its academicians.
Organized for the first time by the Association of Turkic-Speaking Countries in Medicine, the “1st International Congress of Turkic-Speaking Countries in Medicine” was held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus under the theme “The Future is Very Near.” Near East University, one of the partners of the congress, hosted distinguished participants including the Minister of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu, and the Minister of Health of the TRNC, Dr. Hakan Dinçyürek.
Strong Participation from Near East University
Bringing together numerous scientists and physicians from the Turkic world, the congress featured the strong representation of Near East University, which shared its innovative research and projects in health sciences with the international scientific community. Near East University contributed to the congress with a total of 26 academicians, including 12 speakers and panelists, 4 course coordinators, and 10 oral presenters.
