ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She graduated from Medical School of Ankara University in 1987. She completed her residency in the Radiation Oncology Department of Ankara University in 1993 and worked as a specialist in Ankara Demetevler Oncology Hospital until 1999. During that period, she visited and got training in the radiation oncology and brachytherapy departments of Royal Marsden Hospital in London, Institut  Paoli  Calmette in Marseille and  Instıtut  Gustave-Roussy in Paris. She was back to the Radiation Oncology Department of Ankara University in 1999 as a lecturer and became an assistant professor in 2002. She had the title of associate professor in 2005 and assigned as a professor in 2010 in the same department which she worked until 2012. She currently works in the Radiation Oncology Department in Near East University Faculty of Medicine.

Prof. Dr. Meltem Nalça Andrieu attended 12 international and 26 national scientific courses about her speciality and she was invited to many national and international congresses and meetings as a speaker or chairman. She has more than a total of 60 scientific articles and book chapters in national and international journals and books.
