Medical Students’ Association of Northern Cyprus (MSANC) attended the 68. IFMSA March Meeting on March 1-8, 2019 in Slovenia, organized by the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) which is representing medical students around the world.

Within the framework of the contracts signed between MSANC and other medical student associations, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will host 24 medical faculty students from 18 different countries with clerkship exchange program. As a result of these internships, our students will be able to work abroad in theoretical and practical terms and will have the opportunity to see different cultures in another geography.

The General Assembly was attended by President Sultan Jarboue Salaheldin, the Secretary General, İrem Tekin, Vice President for Internal Affairs Asu Özince and Internship Exchange Officer Simge Cibros. They participated in the trainings of the medical faculty students from all over the world by sharing their activities and projects, and took part in the Exchange Fair and made presentations promoting the North Cyprus and the Near East University Hospital.
